Terms of service


It is recommended that you place all bookings online at least 24 hours prior to the booking.

Our online booking system is designed to save time, both for us and for our valued clients.

Cancellations or rescheduling can be made online or via phone, however, please note that if cancellation or rescheduling occurs while the photographer is enroute to the property, there will be a charge at 50% of the shoot cost. 

At the location:

It is the responsibility of the AGENT and the VENDOR to ensure that the house is made photo-ready for the shoot. This encompasses all cleaning and physical decluttering. In the event that the property is not ready to be photographed and extended time is placed on the booking, or a request is made to reschedule, extra fees may apply.

It is important that the house is vacant for the shoot. If this is not possible, please ensure that family members are kept clear of the photographer while the shoot is in progress. This applies to walking in front of the camera.

Under no circumstances are any person permitted to handle the photographer’s equipment. No exceptions.

Photo Editing:

All photographs are edited to a professional standard. This includes exposure, contrast, white balance, cropping and sharpening. All photographs shot on overcast days will undergo a sky replacement. Any other editing requested, including grass replacement may incur additional editing fees.

Photography and photo editing is creative and therefore highly subjective. By using our services, you agree to accept the style of work that is advertised on our website.


All invoices are due within 30 days of the issue date.

In the event that three (3) or more invoices are overdue, services may be declined.
