When I receive my images, will they be edited?

Every single image that we deliver has been highly retouched and scrutinise to achieve the best possible result.

 What is your turnaround time for your services?

Generally photography it’s 24 hours from the booking time. For larger jobs that involve videos or floorplans, we may need up to 48 hours turnover.

Does your company currently have public liability insurance?

Yes, our company is currently insured for $5 million.

Does your drone operator have any qualifications?

Yes, our drone operator has a current remote pilot licence and a chief operating certificate issued by the Civil Aviation safety authority.

What kind of method do you use to create your real estate photos? 

Our photography skills are always evolving. Some of the techniques we use include blending multiple images with natural light and studio flash to achieve the highest possible results.

How will I receive my images once they are complete?

You will received an email, and inside that email, it will contain a download link. Generally, this will give you the option to download a zip file.  Once the zip file is on your computer, you will need to unzip the file to access your images.

What is the difference between print-ready images and web-ready images? 

The key difference between the two is file size and resolution.  If you try to upload print-ready images to the internet, they will take to long for the viewer to download them. If you try to use web-ready ready images for printing applications the printed pictures will look pixelated.

How long will a property take to photograph?

Depending on the size of the property, it will take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. Larger jobs may take up to 3 or 4 hours.

Can we still take photos if it’s a cloudy day?

 Yes most certainly we can always replace the sky to make it look blue; however, during wet-weather periods, we recommend rescheduling the appointment.

Can you repair damaged on my property in Photoshop? 

Generally speaking, this is illegal and false advertising. We do not recommend this to any of our clients.
